NEIB Executive Director, Howard Horton, Speaks at European Access Network Conference

We are pleased that the New England Institute of Business (NEIB) at Cambridge College was represented at the international conference of the European Access Network – which promotes access to higher education for populations around the world- by NEIB’s Executive Director Howard Horton. The conference evaluated the global economic impact of COVID on higher education around the world. Howard focused his remarks on impacts on enrollment at U.S colleges; change in delivery models which are likely to endure post-pandemic; and, the growing anticipated role of mergers and acquisitions in the consolidation of the higher education sector in the United States.
