I am a student’s centered faculty who enjoys helping learners achieve their educational goals. I implement effective facilitation, engaged learning, and creative teaching.

I am always happy and ready to assist students understand the course learning outcomes by connecting the theoretical concepts to the professional world and marks realities.

I utilize my academic background and professional experience to help students master courses and capstone projects.

Professional Projects or Initiatives of Interest

I am planning to start a business in New York that delivers consultancy in the field of quality management, auditing, and strategic management.

In the meantime, I will continue in the United States of America my research activities in the areas of finance, banking, and organizational behavior.

College of Business Administration, Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia: Head of the Management Department. I led the development of the program’s curriculum in harmony with AACSB requirements.

College of Business Administration, Trident University International, USA: I taught as a core faculty undergraduate and graduate courses listed above.

Keller Graduate School of Management, USA: I taught a variety of courses and also mentored students in the areas of graduation projects.
