Please contact me for questions about quality systems management, project management, process improvement/mapping, benchmarking, value stream analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and Capstone projects. I offer over thirty years of experience in supply chain management and successful process improvement initiatives across many industries, involving processes such as order management, sales and operations planning, inventory management, production planning, purchasing, sales forecasting, capacity planning, and accounts payable. I have mentored and coached numerous client teams in aligning processes and information technology. In higher education, I have coached Bachelors and Masters capstone project teams to successful completion showing significant return on investment.

Professional Projects or Initiatives of Interest

Doctoral research focused on developing a process reference model for spare parts inventory management. Research interests include process analysis, metrics, and Lean Six Sigma.

Actively involved in course development in quality management systems and Lean Six Sigma.
