How I Might Be Able to Assist

I am a Certified Professional Coach who specializes in helping make actionable values-based change through conversation and experiential activities. I have had a career in consulting and problem solving for various business entities at many entry points. Because of my chosen fields of research and teaching/ facilitation, I am also knowledgeable on neuroplasticity and assessments – and how different people learn and approach problems. I have been able to help clients find the best and custom solutions for themselves.

Contact me with questions or information on business ethics, FCPA compliance, board governance, succession, wealth transition, family owned business, emotional intelligence, predictive and/or descriptive career assessments.

Professional Projects or Initiatives of Interest

I am leading an initiative for the Family Firm Institute to educate the next generation of family business and Family Wealth Advisors. As Vice President, Family Dynamics Consultant at Wells Fargo, I work to take tools and concepts and present them in a manner in which people use them for direct application in real time.

Professional Experience

I’ve been a consultant since 2007. My consulting started as FCPA compliance at TRACE International and freelance IRS 990 consulting for non-profits in and around Boston. In 2010, I left applied ethics consulting and Boston to start a new venture as a family owned business consultant in Denver at Strategic Designs for Learning. While consulting with family owned business, I realized that much of their success and stumbling blocks were around articulating and living out their values… essentially, ethics in action. I fell in love with the field of family advising and became an entrepreneur in 2013 as a coach and consultant in a new family enterprise advising firm called, Family Owned Business Resources. As of May 2017, I joined the Private Bank of Wells Fargo in Boston, MA as a Vice President, Family Dynamics consultant to help clients build their communication repertoire as well as implement succession planning and other strategies to strengthen their family’s platform.
