How I Might Be Able to Assist

Contact me with questions or information on international business law whether it is from a regulatory compliance perspective or an ethics and social responsibility vantage point. I am an attorney and have worked both in the United States and abroad to assure that corporations are exercising a high level of due diligence in their corporate governance. I would be happy to help with any research or project questions in this area.
