Contact me with for information on how to develop leadership programs, apply the principles of psychology in the workplace, and building healthy organizations. This is my passion and I love helping students see how everyone plays a role in creating a positive work environment.

Professional Projects or Initiatives of Interest

2015, Consulting Project with a non-profit organization, selected by the Walmart Foundation to develop a training program for retail leaders that would address the Middle Skills Gap for the industry.

2013-2014, Consulting Project included Succession Planning and Executive Leadership Training.

2011-2013, Consulting Project included implementing Competency Model for Health Care Leaders, developing programs and courses to train and prepare administrative leaders to shift along with industry needs.

Owner of Olsen Professional Consulting Services Company, providing consulting to organizations in the realm of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development and Training services. Previous positions held include: Learning & Development Consultant for a Health Care System, Director of Student Services for a Graduate School serving 4 campuses, Lead Faculty of Industrial/Organizational Psychology for a Graduate School and Human Resources Manager for a Fortune 500 Company.
