How I Might Be Able to Assist

Contact me with questions on quality management strategies and tools for designing new products/processes... as well as improving existing processes. I used quality tools while serving as requirements development lead for an Air Force/NASA space launch program. I can also help with research—data collection and analysis strategies. In addition to academia, I have professional research experience working at Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Force Occupational Measurement Center, and a flight test squadron.

Professional Projects or Initiatives of Interest

I enjoy serving as facilitator and consultant for team efforts. I’m currently facilitating strategic planning for the Center on Independent Living (COIL) in San Antonio, TX. I also have a passion for pioneering ways, such as Adult College Prep and innovations in distance learning, to put education within reach of students who might otherwise have limited opportunities.
